In December many of us may find ourselves wishing for a cape to escape into, to shelter ourselves from the holidays. Don’t panic, because, truth be told, you’ve got your very own superpower to tap into! I’m here to inform you That there is no need to get your tinsel in a tangle because you, yes YOU, can be your own superhero through this festive journey of December! Regardless of whether you are over the moon for this season or find it hard to keep your own reason, the holidays are coming and that we can’t deny.

So while the Yuletide may feel like a riptide, I’ve got some tools you can use to keep yourself from colliding with everyone’s egos and staying ringside! Don’t worry if creepy family friend “Uncle” Jim tries pulling you towards the mistletoe. You’ve got better places to go. I’ve got a bad vibes shield that will keep the eggnog flowing away from you while you merrily and narrowly escape to your very own sugarplum and fairies la-la land. Just how much goodness can one person stand you might ask? That’s my plan to add in this task and provide you with a gift, my dear friend, for reading my scopes and sharing them far and wide. The universe is like a boomerang and what we put out there will surely come back to where we reside.

The full moon in Gemini December 3^rd says we are at the end of a cycle which has completed or must be acknowledged or adjusted. Mercury is heading into retrograde in Sagittarius, which means it´s time to sing like a bird and to reevaluate, reconnect and re-decide. There is a conversation that is long overdue for many of you and we are being giving an opportunity to speak up, say what you mean and mean what you say! This is a golden opportunity, so if you’ve got something to get off your chest, sing it like a partridge a’caroling and you certainly won’t feel disparaged if you jest.  

We also have a lovely full moon on December 18^th bringing in new opportunities for all signs. This is a great time to plant seeds of intention for ultimate change. Say yes to a new adventure, because this full moon is in Sagittarius, so it brings optimism, truth seeking and new experiences. It also brings a positive time to start dreaming about your heart’s desires for 2018. This isn’t about resolutions and goals, it’s about self-reflection, regeneration and your dreams.

Life is like a merry-go-round. Sometimes it takes us on the wild ride like a roller coaster. Or we can go with the flow gracefully on a gondola through ancient Venetian tunnels. Life may find us high on a Ferris wheel that gently puts us on top of the world or it could be like a runaway train heading full speed into unknown territories and discoveries. But once we are certain of our strengths and superpowers—and our weaknesses, that’s when we can enjoy the ride with our wings up and all the glorious gifts these wings bring!

SAGITTARIUS: 

Venus, the planet of love, goes into your sign on the 1^st and this will make you a bit of a love magnet. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of good fortune. You can be blunt–so try to stick a candy cane in your mouth before you blurt out something you can’t take back. That will make things go much more smoothly and taste better, even if you have to eat your own words. December 18^th is the new moon in your sign. Are you using your super powers? Think of yourself as the dreidel. A dreidel is a four-sided spinning top, played with during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. Where it lands, no one knows and that’s a lot like how this month will go for you, dear Aquarius.  If you feel restricted or bored, you need to start up a new blog, a newsletter or something creative that lets your unique voice and ideas come through. Allow the freedom of your ideas. Give it a platform for your unique concepts to come through.  You might have important women in your life this month or you might dive into areas around divine feminine energy. Expressing your uniqueness and the ability to predict where your world is going, also opening up to possibilities in a new way is your super power, but if you get stifled or stagnant, you can become downright uninspired. Two years ago, I lost almost all of my hair after a lifesaving emergency surgery. It about killed me to cut it off. Truth be told, I didn’t have much of a choice.   I know it doesn’t look that thin in the picture, but trust me, it took my very talented stylist Cheryl and a “village” of hairspray and other magical concoctions. YES, this is vanity but still, until you have your hair falling out of your head and you are waiting for a pathology report in a hospital bed after having a 54 pound contained cancerous tumor (which is actually your ovary) being taken from your body, you honestly have no idea how you are going to feel!

Here I am today with more hair than I ever imagined and a heart full of gratitude. And now, after my life was completely turned upside down, I have worked my way up to the top of it! I no longer push that boulder up the hill until it comes rolling back down after me. I follow the spiritual breadcrumbs. I had no idea I would lose nearly everything; my car, my artist-owned store, my career, my livelihood and some friends I dearly loved who could not handle my situation. I had no idea and no plan. All I knew was that I needed to survive, so I surrendered and allowed the universe to rise up and meet me.

We all have something to be grateful for. I am not sharing this story to tell you “I once caught a fish this big” and my story is really, really important. Everyone’s story is important! I am telling this story to give you hope and inspiration. Your life can change on the flip of a coin and NO-ONE gets out of here unharmed! I am not a victim, I am a voyager with a vision. I’ve been through some shit and I made it through! There is always something in life that will happen that you didn’t plan or expect. A wrench, a death, or an illness. It’s all about how we handle things. Everyone has their journey and everyone has a cross to bear. This was mine and I can truly say that my biggest burden became my biggest gift.

I can tell you this—there is always something to be grateful for—always. Even in my darkest hour, what got me through was my gratitude for my life, my brave beating heart and the nurses who took care of me. My gratitude for my Mother and my two aunts, who all battled breast cancer with such grace and dignity and my ability to draw strength from their journeys. They were blazing the trail for me, encouraging me from the “other side”. You have no idea how you will handle it. I had no idea that a little over a year later I would have to have another lifesaving surgery to put me back together again. I certainly never imagined that the second lifesaving surgery (about a year ago) would be even harder than the first in so many ways! So when I say, “The universe is conspiring for you”, it’s not an empty sentiment. It is not something I read on piece of paper from a fortune cookie. I believe it from where my spirit meets my bones, because these bones walked it.

I got to walk away (eventually) from something millions of people could not— including three women whom I loved dearly and ultimately lost. I honor them in my strength and my choice to constantly keep my heart open, allowing myself to be vulnerable and I listen. I listen to Spirit and my higher inner knowing because I’ve learned that Spirit has a much bigger knowing than I ever will. And now, looking back at this photo (which I was really not happy with at the time) I can say that I had the same haircut as Michelle Pfeiffer in Lady Hawk (a favorite movie) and I, too, went on a great adventure—and I lived. I may not look like her and I’m fine with that, too. I’m finally okay with looking like me and being me because I know of no other way to be. I’m also okay with growing old and aging and embracing every damn bit of it, because I know some pretty amazing goddesses who didn’t get that chance. It is a privilege.

It is my life’s path to help others feel hopeful, to help them find their juicy bits by being authentic and to lead by example. I want to show you how to keep your heart open and full of gratitude as much as you can in this lifetime because, this is it. No-One gets out of here unharmed, but the scars, heartbreak and growth are so worth it. I would never have become a psychic spiritual counselor or have a radio show or an amazing tribe of people if I had not walked in these shoes.  But more importantly, and this is the BIGGY—I would have never realized what a precious gift I am and how I owe it to myself to learn to love myself through everything. We all do! Once I stopped planning and doing and making shit happen because I had no other choice, my world opened up in ways I still cannot believe. I actually do love my life. There are struggles, there is grief, there is pain, but there is so very much love in my heart for the world and especially for myself. Oh how grateful I am! All my love and keep your wings Up!

All of this Dharma is Karma Drama. Let me explain….

The principle of divine order (DHARMA) is fate (KARMA) creating an exciting, emotional, or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances (DRAMA).

Dharma:  (Hinduism) The principle of cosmic order.

Karma: (Buddism) The sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences. Destiny, Fate, following as effect from cause.

Drama:  An exciting, emotional, or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances.

Everyone can’t possibly have good karma. It’s like good taste, it’s the law of averages, we carry our own baggage and nothing goes to waste.

So take a look around. There’s a lot of drama around other people’s karma and opinions of dharma,

Like who should get screwed and who will shine. In the end it has nothing to do with our opinions, because that outcome belongs to the Divine. (Or unicorns, fairies, God or la-la land whatever you want to name it. Hey it’s your karma not mine!)

TITLE: Karma, Dharma & Drama (yes, I know this usually goes at the beginning) It was a riddle and I do most things bass ackwards—like grow wings on earth and a whole bunch of other stuff you really don’t need to be concerned with right now).

Life sure is a whirlwind these days. It’s easy to let our minds wander until, the next thing you know, you are either defeating yourself or scaring yourself without even knowing how you’ve managed to spiral into negative self-talk. Several times a day I find myself stopping,  taking a deep breath and reeling myself back to my heart center because I’ve gotten carried away by my fears and negative thinking.  From time to time we forget that we can be our own worst enemy or we can choose to be our very best advocate. Do you have the gift of “self-love gab” or the not so nice gift of those talkative, negative gremlins in your head?  You know—the ones that tell you “You’re not pretty enough, thin enough, smart enough….” Well Enough is Enough! 

It is best to squash those nasty little buggers as soon as you realize they’ve run amuck inside your head. I find it works wonders to have little Post-Its with friendly reminders all around my home. I even have one on the inside of my medicine cabinet so  I can see it while washing my face before bedtime. It reminds me to say aloud “I’m getting more gorgeous every single day!” One of my faves is posted in my studio where I can see it while I am working .

Let’s face it, sometimes we all get on our pity pots and think to ourselves,

“WHY ME?”

So I came up with,

“WHY NOT ME?”

First, are you saying WHY ME like, “Poor me! Why does this happen to me? Why do I always get the short straw? The last pick? Whatever. WHY ME? POOR ME! WAH WAH WAH!” You can flip that to a WHY ME that is EMPOWERING. “Umm, wait a second. Why is this happening to me RIGHT NOW and how do I feel about it? If I don’t like it or like how I feel about it, how can I shift it? Is there a lesson here? Maybe I should take out my magical magnifying glass and take a closer look at exactly WHY ME RIGHT NOW so I can strategize how I am going to handle this as my best ADVOCATE ……. WHY ME? Because I’VE got this. I am the POWER OF ME, that’s WHY ME!”

Are you saying WHY ME like, “Oh, that would never happen to me. I’m not special enough. That’s the stuff that happens to other people. That good stuff doesn’t happen to me.” WHY, that is self-defeating, abusive thinking. WHY NOT ME? In fact, WHY NOT ME RIGHT NOW?

By flipping that simple statement, I truly empower myself.

This little phrase on my hot pink Post-It has shifted so many things for me so many times!

So, what is your “Why Not Me?”  

And Why Not jot down your favorite reminder or affirmation and post it where you can see it? And here’s the thing—you’ve got to truly believe it and you also have to truly believe you are worthy of receiving it. If you aren’t there yet, that’s okay too, because there are many wonderful gifted people on 12 Listen like me that are ready, willing and able to help you get there, too.

The thoughts you think have a profound impact, so consider looking closely at your thoughts. Do you have some negative thought patterns to shift? Is the way you are thinking or talking to yourself holding you back? Take any negative thinking and flip it into the positive–however that works for you. Really Stalk Your Thoughts. Make sure your thoughts are in line with your belief systems and what you want to create in your world. If you’re constantly having a go at yourself in your mind, it can block things from coming to you or delay them from coming in right now.

Stalk Your Thoughts. Literally stop every once in a while and peer inside yourself from an outsider’s point of view. Would you like someone to talk to you the way YOU are talking to you? If the answer is no, then shift it or edit it. If you can’t do that on your own, then reach out for help. Asking for help is one of the most empowering and loving things we can do for ourselves. 

Happiness is an inside job and it starts with you, even if you’ve got to stalk yourself to get there! After all, you are going to live with you for the rest of your life. Enjoy yourself. Enjoy YOU!

November is sweater weather in the Northern Hemisphere and it  arrives full of vim and vigor! This month, all the planets are going direct, giving everyone a little more gumption and chutzpah. We also have a fabulous Venus and Jupiter conjunction which is sorcer-izing love into all of our lives.  At the beginning of the month Venus, the planet of love, sextiles the serious planet of Saturn, which highlights relationships. The full moon in Taurus on November 4^th reminds us of the abundance of what we already have. It is in perfect timing with the U.S. holiday of Thanksgiving and a great catalyst for living in our gratitude.

In November, problems, challenges and often some type of opposition gives everyone the chance to develop more confidence and self-esteem that ultimately serves our growth. Growing pains can be difficult but you should be realizing now, as you make time for more self-expression and personal interests, that you need to enjoy your accomplishments! This is an important and creative month. Stay in your truth and your power. Hold tight to your boundaries, keep your dignity intact and you’ll be soaring through the month with wings up! Scorpio:

Happy birthday for those of you celebrating in November! You should really look forward to this birthday, too! Wonderful and serendipitous things are happening and you are feeling even more in the groove than usual, dear Scorpio. Venus goes into your sign on the 7th and that’s not only going to make you more loveable to yourself, but you are also a love magnet for others. People will be drawn to you in a very strong and lovely way.

There is a new moon in Scorpio, too! And when Venus conjuncts Jupiter in your sign, it’s as if the universe handed you a cosmic magic wand. Hello Pisces.

Wow! What a lovely month you have ahead of you, dearest Pisces. I see you standing on top of the world. The key to your success is standing in your own authority and taking care of you by being a pillar of strength and resources. “To thine own self be true” and nothing could be truer for you this month. The full moon on the 4^th is giving you a fabulous new idea and lots of inspiration. I see lots of birds chirping accolades about the way you shine in the world. Truly following your heart is literally what is at the heart of the matter for you all month.  There is a gift in writing this month. Write you’re your thoughts, dreams and desires, then imagine throwing them up to the night sky and watch them scatter and multiply.

Neptune goes direct in your sign on the 22^nd of November. You’ll be so freaking happy that your power is coming back! There is great success for you in your work or creativity by reworking, editing or revising something. Take your time and be methodical. Don’t rush. Making a commitment around you home will help you feel more content with your living situation and help you transform it if you put in the work. A full moon on the 4^th encourages you to be adventurous and brings out your light warrior desires. You might just get a sign from the universe on how to be more fire-y!

Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees, but loving friends and companions will bestow much good fortune and gifts on you this month, if you allow them the opportunity to do so. You have learned a lot this year about yourself. Your inner wisdom will serve you well now.  Let go of the dead wood and things that no longer serve you and stand up in your own authority. It’s time to get clear and take charge of your own dreams and aspirations.

Settling into your own strengths and inner knowing should be your strategy this month. Journaling about this will make things even clearer for you and give you insight.  Giving yourself credit and allowing yourself some self-recognition on how far you’ve come, is one of the best things you can do for yourself right now.

The key is to nurture yourself and trust that the best is yet to come, because there are some really good juicy bits just around the corner. Go ahead a sweep out the dust bunnies. Libra:

Let the “Holiday” season begin! Ram Dass once said, “If you think you are enlightened, go spend the weekend with your family.” With the holidays just around the corner, we may find ourselves pulled back in time to our awkward teenage years! You remember those holidays where we snuck out behind our house and smoked cigarettes and tried to pretend that we weren’t related to our crazy clan, wishing we never had to go back inside. What?! That didn’t happen to you? Well, just fill in your own crazy scenario then. When we physically enter the family zone, we are thrown back to our teenage years with all our teenage buttons ready to be pushed. A lot of our spiritual growth and evolution feels like it goes out the window. Well the good news is, we are all grown up now, literally and spiritually, and we have some good tools and great support– like 12Radio and the crew at 12Listen. 

Here are a few tips for those of you who are fated to be re-submerged into old family dynamics and paradigms. Trust me, you will be met with resistance. This is inevitable. It is Spirit’s way of showing you just how far you have come. It won’t feel pleasant. Growing pains never do. The good news is, they come in short bursts, so stop, breathe and remember…this too shall pass. In case of emergency, break the glass house you grew up in . Let your new-self break free of the box and labels they’ve put you in and put upon you. This won’t be witnessed by anyone but you and yes, it is a thankless task, but stay with me because there is a reward.

So here’s the key. The moment that you feel your blood boil, your stomach turn and/or the need to choke Uncle Joe—please refrain. Do not engage. Reel yourself back in and recognize where you’ve been and where you are now. Your soul will thank you and your ancestors probably will too! It took you a lot to get here! Honor that and lead by example.

1. You will completely disarm everyone because they will have absolutely no idea what to do or how to deal with the “new “ you!
2. They will decide to push the buttons of some other relative and make them eat the green bean casserole (made with a can of mushroom soup) because that’s just what they do!

The more sturdy and sure you are of your new inner knowing and your boundaries, the more your family dynamic will change. It’s true! I know and you know that you deserve a super hero cape! For now it will have to be our little secret because I’m sure they are not handing them out for breaking from the herd! There IS a gift coming to you this holiday season and it will be witnessed by “the family”, just not right away. So, if you can, do NOT get your buttons pushed. Go in there prepared with you grounding cord, golden bubble and your boundaries, (don’t roll your eyes at me) and wear a new hat! Walk in being the change you’ve always wanted to see in your family. You will be the best gift giver ever, because you have given them a chance to grow. And, in case of an emergency, you can always call me on 12listen and I will get you through the rough seas and back to calmer waters (hopefully cigarette free). Just because you have a stiff upper lip doesn’t mean the bottom one can’t quiver as much as it needs to. Just remember that the most important thing is to keep it zipped and take the high road!  When you look back next year, you’ll be beaming with pride and realize you gave yourself a gift too! Freedom!

The time has come to discuss a very serious subject, and for some of you it may cause a visceral reaction. Pumpkin Spice. Thankfully, I have not been captivated by the Pumpkin Spice craze, but I know that for many of you, the fall season is filled with fluffy sweaters, rustling leaves and pumpkin spice lattes. Many seem to have a deep seated belief that this is how God intended coffee to taste. I have enough vices thank you, especially with food, so on behalf of my middle aged derriere (which I consistently work on not expanding) I am thankful to have passed on the persuasiveness of this particular indulgence.  Let’s face it, the trend of Pumpkin Spice everything has become a fixation for the masses.  

I’m not afraid to say it—I’ve always been a rebel. If it means I get a few smashed pumpkins at my door, I can handle it. The way I see it, I’m saving pumpkins! Yes that’s right. I’m a Pumpkin Saver! I save them from a fate worse than death. Truth be told, I’d much rather be a carved pumpkin giving children and adults pleasure on a front porch and ultimately ending up in a squirrels stomach, than a dreaded GMO spiced concoction barely resembling what I once was (which, by the way, is a gift from Mother Earth to be appreciated). So I’ll say it …..

…. Pumpkin Spice (everything) is not so nice (sigh).

We hardly have food in our food anymore….but that’s another blog.

Lately I have noticed that this flavorful, frothy, overpriced concoction has turned into so much more than just a trendy syrup in our morning coffee. It has actually become an “event” in cities and towns throughout the USA.  While grocery shopping this week for my friend Kathy Wesselman’s soup recipe ingredients, I crossed paths with a pretentiously placed stack of Pumpkin Spiced Cheerios in the crème de la crème location of our supermarket. And yesterday on my facebook thread, scrolled right there in front of me….please imagine the sound of a drumroll…..was an ad for Pumpkin Spice BOLOGNA….. cue my eye roll please!  Are you freaking kidding me? Listen, I don’t care if you love Pumpkin Spice lattes. That is fine by me. If you want to take a bath in Pumpkin Spice, go for it. But why do we as humans think we must better-ize (yes I know better-ize is not a word) everything?!

Does the world really need Pumpkin Spice bologna? I don’t eat bologna. I haven’t for 40 years. I’m not really sure bologna is that good for you, so I can’t help asking myself, do we as a human race really need another variation of processed meat?  It boggles my mind that there are people being paid what I assume is quite a pretty sum of money to figure out how to better-ize something we probably don’t need to be consuming to begin with. Can I get an “Wings Up”?

The better-izing bandwagon is bonkers! Of course, we really can’t blame pumpkins for this, nor can we blame the pumpkin spice inventors. We have to go to the source. The source is a society that makes us feel inadequate and unworthy. A society selling the feeling that if we could buy that one key element we were missing— that “poof”— we would have less wrinkly eyes or less jiggly thighs and we would be so much better! And once we’ve obtained that better badass bodacious bauble, whatever that bauble may be, all will be right in our world.  Pleeeaase!

Why is it that when we try something new that is really, really good we need to better-ize it, improve it, mess with it?  Is it because in most of our society today, really good will never be quite good enough?  Some things are not meant to be better-ized, they are meant to be enjoyed for who and what they are. That’s the key element that makes them authentically, imperfectly perfect—and this includes you!  Yes, you, and those little quirks make “you” the best you there is. The road to learning to love yourself and to love yourself through everything isn’t a destination, it is a journey.   We are not doing anything to be better, or get better, or find better, or even do better. We are being. That’s all. It is in being that you can allow and receive, not in doing or, better yet, not in doing better.  You don’t have to DO anything or Better-ize anything to be who you are and to love who you are right now. You are worthy of not improving!

Authenticity is the new black. Accepting yourself where you are right now is the first step to loving where you are headed. If you want to love yourself even more tomorrow than the day before, you will serve yourself best by starting with who and where you are right now. There is nothing about you that you need to better-ize, but there is a ton of amazing treasure inside of you to discover!

So, for the betterment of the human consciousness, I implore you to consider diving into the treasure of you right now and realize that you have already arrived, there is no “there” to get to.  You need do nothing but love yourself as kindly as possible through this journey. If you prefer to have a Pumpkin Spice latte, don’t worry about me being a part of your journey, because you won’t have to share that particular deliciousness with me—not even one tiny sip.  And the next time you’re tempted to buy into that unattainable perfectionism, please reconsider and remember you’re already BETTER than that!

The time has come to get rid of the snooze button and make TIME for ourselves!

(Stay with me on this one, it’s a really good thing… don’t hit the snooze!)

Self-neglect and not taking time for ourselves is truly one of the unhealthiest things you can do to You! Self-defeating patterns and neglecting ourselves is a lot like the snooze button on our alarm clocks.

We are all getting a “wake up” call, but we are just not “getting it!” Our egos don’t want us to wake up. They like us staying small and sleeping in. Our egos want us to keep rolling over, hitting the snooze button and staying unconscious. (Yes, sometimes we need the extra sleep and rest, but in this case I am using the Alarm Clock as a metaphor.) We don’t’ need a SNOOZE button, we need a RISE and RESET button so we can Rise and Shine.  

Have you felt your soul stirring even more lately? Have you been thinking to yourself that there is something more I want to do with my life, but I’m not sure what it is….or how to get there? Do you know you have a soul purpose, but you are just not sure what that purpose is? The time for putting yourself last and neglecting your truth, your health and not nurturing yourself is truly over. It simply won’t work anymore. You came here to earth school to experience being in the physical. You came here to earth at this time, right now, because you were supposed to. Not everyone is going to wake up. Not everyone is going to be conscious. But you know that you are waking up! How do I know? Because you are still reading this and I hope curious enough to continue reading….because juicy bits are coming up.

The world is one giant puzzle and every single soul is a small piece of this puzzle. Everyone has something to offer, even the souls that are NOT going to wake up. But just because you are a small piece of the puzzle does not mean you can stay small. Sorry. The time for you to stay small is over.

It’s time to stop playing small and put yourself first, because if you just hit the snooze button and go back to sleep, nothing will ever change. And what you want more than anything is change. You want change so you can feel empowered and sure of your inner knowing and truth. Autumn begins in Colorado with the changing colors of the leaves. Mother Earth shows us her beauty and her magnificence by painting gorgeous landscapes across many parts of the globe. October is your month, dear Libra and you know better than anyone that Libra wants to LOVE. So love like you have nothing to lose and especially love yourself up with wings up. Why not love yourself UP like you’ve never loved yourself UP before? What are you waiting for? This month there is great luck around your strength and resources honoring your reputation and the way you are seen in the world.

The key to this month is to put yourself first. Make sure you are the center of everything you do because you truly will brighten and warm everything and everyone around you. Honor your spiritual gifts and if you don’t have a spiritual practice, this is the perfect month to begin one—especially with a new community.

Feather your nest and take a rest every so often. It will give you a time to recharge and revive from being a social butterfly! You’ve got plenty of opportunities to spread your wings this month, so take your time to relish all the “juicy bits”. Your fan club isn’t going away anytime soon!

Scorpio:

October begins with some soul searching dear Scorpio. At the center of this quest is clearing up some things you’ve been confused about. You’ve to go deep until you emerge feeling certain of your choices. By doing so this month, it will definitely bring things to light and open up some options for you!

There are more symbols to represent the facets of your personality than for any other sign. The first is the scorpion, which in legend is prone to sting itself to death out of its own frustrations. The second is the snake, which represents cunning and wisdom. There is the eagle, who refuses to be defeated, but will also never seek the total destruction of their enemy. Now is a great time to tap into nature and all things Mother Earth. Allow yourself to enjoy the Autumn season. Look at the trees as they paint the landscape and breathe in the fresh, crisp fall air. The trees are showing us how effortlessly they can let go of their leaves and you my dear Cap, can do the same with every expectation you have of yourself.

Luck comes from being sly, thinking out of the box and frolicking in the leaves on your knees. While many signs this month are going within, you’ll find your joy by literally getting your hands into Mother Earth and going outside. This month will be a very social month for you, especially around your passion. You want to dive into some new secrets, which will also uncover some knowledge surrounding mysteries and karma. What exactly am I saying? Well, the truth be told, I am not really sure. That is for you to find out! All I can tell you is that “The Magical Mystery Tour” song by the Beatles has been playing in my head the entire time I’ve been thinking about you, dear Aquarius.

It appears you are on a wonderful adventure where fate is involved. I can’t tell you where you’ll land if you keep your wings up, but I can see you’ll be very pleased with the experience and have a good story to tell. You’ve been tuned into your power and inner knowing for a good long time. It’s something you feel very sure of right now. But sometimes we need to shake up our foundation and for you dear Pisces, I see you bursting out of your self- reflective cocoon and getting outside of yourself. While many signs this month are going inward to connect and withdraw, I see you benefiting from stepping outside of yourself and exploring some new horizons. Think of yourself as a cluster of beautiful Aspen trees showing off their glorious fall leaves. Its time you branch out and admire the beauty you bring into this world. Sharing your enthusiasm and good fortune with the people you love will make it less likely for them to throw you in front of speeding traffic and bestow pride on you instead. (Yes, it’s that good and everyone will see it too!)

There are plenty of fish in the sea, but you’re after the big kahuna. No—strike that— you ARE the big Kahuna and your passion and creativity have no bounds this month! Be sure to take a few moments every once in a while to pinch yourself and make sure you are indeed awake. You don’t want to miss one lovely second of this time day dreaming, because you are seriously “living the dream, baby”. According to the FBI website, out of all the signs, Gemini is the least likely to commit a violent crime. And here is more good news. You may now rest easy because, even if you feel like you want to kill someone, chances are it will pass.  You’ve been tested lately, dear Gemini and I’m here to tell you that you’ve passed with as many flying colors as are on the beautiful fall trees!

Whew! Now that we are clear that this torture is finally over, you can raise your one eyebrow in the knowing that you’ve taken the high road and kept your Wings Up! Friends and family members will be baffled by your graceful actions, and for the fact that you are walking your walk and talking your talk.

There is a secret in your heart that belongs only to you. Spirit wants you to tune in and listen because this knowledge will put you on to a path of wonderful dreams and imagination. The sky is not the limit. You are limitless as long as you honor yourself, but continuing to speak your truth and avoid inserting your proud foot in your own mouth. Be humble and wise!

Cancer:

The nickname for those born under Cancer is Moon Child. Popularized in the hippie era of the 60s, the nickname originates from the fact that Cancer is the sign ruled by the moon. Just like the moon goes through many phases throughout the month, from crescent to full, Cancers tend to go through many changes because they are the signs most connected to and influenced by their ever-changing emotions.

Thank goodness you’ve got your shell to retreat to every now and then, because some people just won’t leave you alone and you need a place to hide and revive. It’s a good thing that tuff little tank is portable, because you can take it with you wherever you go. There is great luck in standing strong in your foundation. Don’t be confused about cutting away the people who are not supporting you. Spirit is working in your favor to clear away what is no longer bringing you joy.

Stay wild, Moon Child. You won’t need your shell as a retreat too much longer. You’ve got discoveries to explore. You are about to be very busy, so get out your magical magnifying glass and look closely at the details spirit is showing you. There is a wonderful mystery unfolding. Leo:

It’s only natural to feel a little confused when a natural born leader such as yourself feels a little lost in their direction. Don’t panic. This is only temporary. Everyone goes through a funk every now and then. Even a creative, self-confident, dominant and extremely difficult-to-resist soul such as yourself needs to surrender sometimes.

I know it hurts your pride to admit that right now you can’t achieve anything and everything you want the way you want it RIGHT NOW, just because your big brave heart is so committed to it. Trust me, there is such a huge giant rainbow at the end of this once you let go and are truly okay with NOT knowing how it all plays out. Cliché I know, but the universe is imagining a way better outcome for you than you could ever imagine for yourself right now.

As soon as you completely resolve in your heart and higher knowing that this is the way things must proceed, the Red Sea will part, the angels will weep and this giant mountain you see as an obstacle will crumble at your feet.  You are the king of the jungle. No one is disputing that there is great strength and grace in knowing when to pounce, as well as knowing when to sit one out!

Virgo:

Virgo is the largest constellation in the Zodiac, and the second-largest constellation in the sky, of which there are eighty-eight. Virgo’s bright blue-white star Spica is easy to spot on clear summer nights. Spica is also the fifteenth brightest star in the night sky.

Exactly what the heck has been going on, because we all know you love to be “Exact” dear Virgo. You are forever the butt of jokes for being so picky and critical (as you can be), but your ‘attention to detail’ is for a reason: to help others. And LAWD! Last month you did help others! (I can feel your eyes roll as I am typing this) This helped other people, too. You are above and beyond Sainthood! I bow to you, dear Virgo.

Good news! There is a big change this month bringing grace, serenity and time to rest and go within. There are some wonderful messages from spirit for you, so take the time to be still, let things go and celebrate the lull. It won’t last long, but it will last long enough for you to feed your soul, soothe your mind and dream BIG TIME.

It’s a fine line, the truth.

There is her truth, his truth, their truth, the truth truth and your truth. Now that’s a whole lot of versions of the truth going around, don’t you think? 

Remember the gold/white-black/blue dress controversy going around a few years ago? For those of you who may not remember the controversy of this “Little Blue Dress”, here is a recap….

People across the nation were losing their minds about whether a picture that depicted a pretty little garden party dress was a certain color. The internet even had a great divide. It was divided by people firmly in two camps: the white and gold, and the blue and black – with each thinking the other is completely wrong.

The first step to reaching a truce in the dress controversy was to construct a demonstration that could show to the “white and gold” crowd how the very same dress can also look “blue and black” under different conditions. Now you can go and do your own research on the dress (Proceed at the risk of losing your own sanity!), because people are still stuck on being right and others being wrong on that one. Or you can save yourself the whole can of worms and trust me (Never trust anyone who says “trust me”!)  and check out this handy dandy graphic that might help clear up all of this “who is RIGHT” nonsense. It just may make some sense to you!  

No one was wrong. It’s just a matter of perspective!

So here’s the thing. We all see and believe things differently—and that’s okay. It is so very freeing when you can come from the perspective that we all have different perspectives and we don’t need to agree. We especially don’t need to prove how right we are, just to be right, when we already know the truth!

So let some air out of that ego. You’ll feel a big swoosh of relief and then you can use that extra air to puff up your wings for being so smart and taking the high road.

The truth is that we all have our own truth. I’ve covered this topic many times before. You are essentially responsible for you and only you! Your actions, how you behave and how you choose to treat others. You are your own Truth. No one can tell you what your truth is. Only you can know that!  If you don’t go within and get familiar with yourself, how are you ever going to know who you really are, who you came here to be and what you came here to do in that cute flesh suit you are wearing?  There are extraordinary teachers in the world. Find the ones that resonate with you, but be careful of pedestals they are put upon and your belief systems around them having all the answers or believing that they have it all together. The truth is, we are all freaks in flesh suits and no one gets out of here alive. Hopefully we’ll just ascend into the 5^th dimension, but in the meantime…keep yourself zipped up and discover what’s going on inside of you. Sit with that. Does that feel right? Does that make your heart sing? If it does, chances are you are on the right flight path.

In the end, the whole thing is between you and the creator of all that is (god) or, source, and “schnitzel with noodles” (Oh wait–that’s the lyrics to “My Favorite Things” from the Sound of Music. Sorry. I’m hungry.). Okay. Well, you can call it whatever you want it to be. You’ve got to have some trust and faith that things are well-covered somewhere outside of yourself, so you can give these thoughts a rest, so you live resentment free and get on to keeping on what you came here to be. YOU! Living in your truth and authenticity!

Are you still with me?

No one has it all together. Everyone–and I mean everyone–here on earth has their inner knowing and that includes you!  Sometimes we just need help tapping into that knowledge and that’s where a good spiritual counselor like me comes in. We all need help and outside perspective, but we also need to listen. To be still, go within and listen. There is treasure there–lots and lots of it! We are all here for the human experience. So yes, look for teachers you admire, teachers that inspire you. Strive for those behaviors you want to emulate, but more importantly, go within and listen to YOURSELF! If you trust enough to ask for the answers, then you’ve got to be willing to trust the answers you receive or find another source that resonates with you until it feels like truth to you. You’ll know.

So the truth is, you can be right without needing to make anyone wrong (most of the time). You’re welcome! Capish?

Just what the heck is going on? We’ve got nuclear bombs, earthquakes, flooding, hurricanes, families and animals being displaced and fires galore. It’s a very overwhelming time right now, that’s for sure! Times are scary and there are a lot of frightened and fearful energies surrounding the collective consciousness right now. If you are feeling disoriented and are finding that you just can’t get gratification from things that use to comfort and ground you, trust me you are exactly where you need to be!  

So just why is this happening? I’d like to share with you what my tribe of guides and higher knowing has shown me. For months now we have been witnessing the dark bubbling to the surface it is doing this to be witnessed by all. If you listen to my weekly radio show you’ve heard me say this many times, “That we must witness this as a collective we must admit it exists on all levels only then can we even begin to heal it.” This means it literally needs to be peeled away and the old paradigms of how we have dealt with things in the past are crumbling away because they simply won’t work anymore.  All of this is a clearing for us and it is also a karmic clearing for Mother Earth. We, as spiritual beings in flesh suits are clearing out so many emotions. Many of you have been weeping (purging) or are overcome by great sadness (flooding) or shaken to our core (earthquakes) or feeling explosive (fire) and or witnessing explosive behaviors.  We are literally reinventing the world we live in and this is stretching everything and everyone in ways we couldn’t have even imagined a few short months ago. Mother earth is doing what she must do as well.

None of us want to see people suffering, its horrible to witness and its hard to understand that we are in a time of healing and peeling and releasing. Mother Earth is clearing out old energies too and the only way you can somewhat detach from this loss and bewilderment and not get caught up in the fear and chaos is it to see it from a soul level not as a human.  (Please know I am sending love and prayers to all directly affected by these occurrences and in no way am making light of some very serious issues)  This is a tremendous opportunity on our planet to choose how we are going to create our reality. We truly are being asked to be the center and calm of our own storm. As a human species our resilience is outstanding and so is our compassion we are just catching a glimpse of   the vast depths of both of these right now.

It’s important to remember that we don’t get to know everything, it’s not only not necessary for our soul growth, it doesn’t serve us. Imagine if you knew the outcome to everything, then you would be robbed of everything you came here to earth school to “EXPERIENCE” … it would literally rob you of your human flesh suit experience!

We need to step up and claim who we are and remember that we are connected we are not  separate we are all part of this big web of energy. We are all here for a reason, we are all a part of the puzzle…there is not one single person who is here that isn’t’ supposed to be here. Whether you like them or not, it’s not up to you to decide if they are valued or worthy of being here, they are here because it IS SO. That’s all you need to know!

This is where FAITH comes in I’m not talking about “religious” faith here, not there is anything wrong with that if that is what works for you but that doesn’t work for me.  My faith comes from my inner knowing that I am a sacred part of the creator of all that is, not separate from it. I  always start by asking myself, is this my highest  good and most direct line to source, and usually I get a yes and I know this by going within. I was given this soul for a purpose and it wasn’t to be a drone in the assembly line.. You are essentially responsible for you and only YOU knows your own truth. No-one can tell you what your truth is only you can know that!  If you don’t go within and get familiar with yourself how are you ever going to know who you are you really are who you came here to be and what you came her to  do in your flesh suit?

So you might be thinking who is she? What the hell is she talking about? If this doesn’t’ resonate with you I’m going to be the first person to tell you LET IT GO. You don’t have to agree with me you can even think I’m delusional it doesn’t matter to me because your opinion of me and what you think of me is none of my business.  There are extraordinary teachers in the world find the ones that resonate with you but be careful of pedestals they are put upon and your belief systems around them having all the answers or that they have it all together. No one has it all together everyone and I mean everyone here on earth is a “freak in a flesh suit” and that includes you!   We are all here for the human experience so yes look for teachers you admire that inspire you and strive for those  behaviors you want to emanate in yourself but more importantly go within and listen to YOURSELF!

If you trust enough to ask for the answers then you’ve got to be willing to trust the answer you receive or find another source that resonates with you. As a spiritual soul you came here to be a human, you can’t understand that this is a big clearing for humans and for mother earth. But it’s the whole human, cute flesh suit and un-remembering of who we are that screws everything up for us. We are all being called to stand up, keep our wings up, light up and stretch open our heart space and to wake up even more than ever before so we can remember who we truly are.  A bunch of spiritual beings in flesh suits learning to be physical and in this physicality remembering that we are actually all in this together on one very beautiful gorgeous planet that has been accommodating our collective unconsciousness for a very long time.

Social media the Internet, anonymous hateful trolling, unauthentic mind melting manipulating media aka most news is only heightening our stress and taking us away from our heart center and our inner knowing! We are not separate from money we are the money, we are not separate from our dream home we are our dream home, we are not separate from our neighbor we are our neighbor, all of this is just energy.

All of this matters, stepping up and adopting one homeless animal, gathering clothing, food and water for others. Some are donating money and some are donating their boats, cars and homes to be of service and of course all the light workers, light warriors or whatever you call yourself are coming forward in their strengths. You can be the queen of the fairies or the unicorns or the goddess with wings whatever floats your boat, all of this helps all of it matters even if you don’t think it is witnessed. Especially when it isn’t witnessed, it always is, energy doesn’t lie, energy is pure, energy carries a vibration and it creates the vibration of what we create to a great degree. That is what is expanding how we are showing up how we are choosing to behave.  Keep your heart open and breathe. Open your heart feel what feels good to you and stay there, create from there claiming your joy and your truth. Breathe as much love as you can into mother earth and humanity and yourself, that’s my plan for now.

Ahhh…September.
If you feel like your inner psyche has had been thoroughly cleaned then you are most certainly not alone. Most of us just went through a major wash and spin cycle in August and many of us feel a little disoriented. September arrives like a breath of fresh air and now that the dust is settling from the things we didn’t surrender, but were still swept away by the powerful eclipses in August, we can breathe a sigh of relief. The old paradigms are fading away. Think of September as a big reset button from the universe and it’s all to make room for the exciting new energies coming in this month.  Now is the time to embark on a new adventure and put your new dream into motion.

Here is your flight plan for the month…

ARIES:

If you are starting off this month feeling a bit burdened, the good news is that clearing stuff away will bring you some luck—especially in the social arena. Now is the perfect time for you to adopt a weekly clearing ritual like burning sage, incense or whatever works for you. Something new is coming in that brings certainty or clarity about what you are ready to let go of.  You have knowledge to give others this month and a woman could also be influential in a new beginning or fresh start. Thinking creatively with a new spin or reworking a project can give you clear sight on the choices that will only open for you after you take care of those pesky little details.

If something happens to be gnawing away at you concerning an encounter with a friend, it’s okay to go on your own journey for a little while and recoup instead of personalizing it. This could actually bring a nice boost to your friendship that you didn’t see coming.

If you’re concerned about finances, it’s probably just because you are confused about how everything is going to work out, so try that clearing ritual I recommend and see if things don’t just literally clear up! You are feeling passionate about communicating with friends and your social circle could take up quite a bit of your time this month. There is some success around taking good care of yourself, both physically and spiritually. Say yes to yourself Aries! Abundance creates more abundance and you are known for your rock solid generosity and big heart, so go ahead and splurge (a little).

It would serve you well to tap into your inner wisdom to get clear on this new commitment coming to you in September. Nurture those Lightbulb moments. They give your mind great exposure to seeing things in a new way. I see lots of talk around your passion or livelihood and it should be music to your ears.

TAURUS:

September opens up with some sort of consideration around a commitment. Tapping into spirit will bring you some luck and going on a short journey can give you some new perspective on an old situation. Try to get some rest and clear your mind. Cutting out the negative tape that is repeatedly running through your thoughts will help you tremendously too!

Advice from a friend helps you feel grateful and supported. This friend may also have a clever idea that gives you a lightbulb moment or a new perspective around your independence. There is a new beginning around your home as well. Listen to your heart.

Redecorating or reworking something in your home will bring a change you’ll be glad that you tried and it exposes something that you’ve wanted to come to fruition for a while.  A social gathering might bring on some confusion or obstacles and delays but there is some luck around this situation in the long run.

You may find that you have been gnawing away at yourself about your spiritual daily practice (or lack of it), but at the heart of the matter you are just trying to bring a dream to fruition. Tuning in to your own wisdom will clue you in to what you are not yet aware of. There is something that is leaving or shifting around your community, but in the end the choice you make concerning it actually puts you in a place of strength and authority. Say a solid yes to some decisions and you’ll find you have plenty of fish in the sea and a good flow of abundance. Communication is essential around something new that is testing you.

There’s a little detective work or research to be done about clearing up some of these messages so you can give them a rest and move forward. By end of this month you will be standing in your own power and feeling much more comfortable, which is exactly where you like to be the master of your universe!

GEMINI:

I’m happy to inform you that this month comes in with a sea of abundant opportunities. Narrow down your options to what you really desire by going within and listening to your own wisdom. You’ll find pleasure in your career or passion by getting clear on what is not serving you or is actually sabotaging you.

Something hidden or secret will come to the surface and will just as quickly be swept away, good riddance!   Don’t let any doubts steer you from this new adventure as you are being seen and talked about in a new way and it’s gorgeous!  You’ll grab messages out of thin air (duh!) and strategize these into great inner strength and power and that will be long lasting. The changes the universe wants you to have now put you into your own authority and bring you a new social community. Don’t be worried about letting the old fall away. You’ve got a strong foundation.

New resources, new people and surprise transformation are your best allies right now and will expose you in a new way that will brilliantly illuminate your reputation and how you are seen in the world. Say yes to friends and social opportunities that come up suddenly.

Being too tied down to the “old you” shuts down other options and choices that will speak to you only after really listening to your own heart. There’s some wonderful success and synchronicity around your livelihood. If you were looking for a sign it should show up before October and Pumpkin Spice Latte (everything) arrive.

CANCER:

Your family ancestry and messages from the other side come to the forefront this month. This is not something tangible. You will have to really listen to your inner knowing, because this involves your destiny and faith. Standing in your own authority will be fortuitous for you. It’s as if your entire family lineage has come to honor you (energetically speaking).  You may feel very clear and certain that your dreams are eluding you from not having enough sleep.

If you are thinking of selling or moving from you current home, this will be a change for the better—so go for it. Be careful not to give your prized possessions away (Are you freaking kidding me? I can feel you holding on tightly in your crab shell!), but clearing clutter sweeps away the old energy and makes room for the new. There is only so much room in that Cancerian shell!

It’s okay if you feel confused this month. You have lots of choices, but it’s imperative that you get clear on which one speaks to your heart.  Making a commitment to someone will bring in new beginnings, with messages that could be quite lovely and long lasting. Well Leo, you’ve certainly been in the spot light this summer and with fall on its way I don’t see a dimmer switch in your future. September is all about communication and comes in with messages around your passion with plenty of luck around abundance—especially your cash flow.

You might be feeling especially creative this month and there will be lots of little discussions. I see a lot of talking, tweeting and texting all around your current journey and there is also something you are sweeping out of your home environment. Let it go! You’ll be glad you did.  Making some healthier choices around your wellbeing will give you an even more of that sun-kissed Leo glow. You’ll have a bright idea that will please you but don’t be tempted to act too quickly.

Something around the written word or writing will give you a new strategy relating to your livelihood or passion. Knowing when something is over will give you strength and power and lead you into a new journey. A friend might just message you with a social invitation. This could quickly put you in a new and more positive direction. Once you get clear around the details, you’ll havea lightbulb moment and your dimmer switch will be on a full throttle YES!

VIRGO:

This is your time to shine and show your wisdom.  Many Virgos can be quite critical of themselves and are sticklers for details, but this month you will have some luck if you can just lighten up on yourself. You’ve got deep roots and provide that wonderful earth energy to others. They will appreciate you for those qualities this month.

A change for the better comes to your home environment and serendipitous occurrences through conversations will bring you certainty and boost your self-confidence. You’ve been feeling a bit “behind the scenes” for a while now and September comes with many new and exciting adventures which will truly feel like a gift. You are very solid in your personal power this month.

Brainstorming with a work buddy gets the creative juices flowing and also makes you clear on exactly where you want to be heading. Cutting away any confusion and tapping into your wisdom and grace will help you make this decision.

You’ve got great strength and support surrounding you this month, so  don’t spend your time worrying because your star is sparkling brighter than you could imagine and all will be revealed in due time.  Still waters run deep.  Even when those waters are testing you, it’s easier to go with the flow and let go.  There is something beautiful and peaceful in surrendering.  Tranquility is created by taking a break, sneaking away from obligations and listening to your heart’s desire. After you’ve had a reprieve, saying yes and making a solid commitment to something new will boost your finances and brighten your entire world.

SAGITTARIUS:

What a wonderful month you have in store! September comes in bearing gifts and it’s all about self- care. You have come a long way in 2017. They are proud and happy for you and chances are, they believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself.

Tranquility comes when you get grounded and cut the old and unwanted away. That’s the key to honoring yourself —speeding ahead full force, now that you’ve cleaned out the cobwebs. You would be wise to amp up your spiritual practice, because those dreams and messages that have been eluding you will expose themselves once that karmic crap is blown out of your presence. It has literally been cleaned up this month!  The past is dead and gone. You are now ready and able to love yourself on a new, profound level. It could be the highlight of your life. You did it! Take a moment to acknowledge your hard work, because you’re not going to have a lot of time next month for anything but progress. You won’t be looking back at this year again. There is too much great stuff ahead of you!

CAPRICORN:

This month there is a lot of discussion around climbing those obstacles and mountains (Well looky who has the mastery of cliff hanging, Cap!). Finally, a burden or something that has been festering, will resolve itself.

You are a dear, loyal friend and have so much to offer the people in your world. You truly do make those around you feel loved and secure. At this time, letting those people find their own carabiners and ropes would be of great benefit to you.  It’s clear that you can actually hang out on those cliffs alone. Let others expectations of you and their co-dependency go.

This is the key to your success this month.
The gift you give the world is your stability and tenacity, but be careful of over-committing yourself to others. Rest and revive this month and ponder on your true passion and what brings you joy. This will be time well spent. The stars shine brightly on you and illuminate you by clearing out obstacles and delays around your family or home. You are not the Rock of Gibraltar and it’s time others start climbing some mountains alone.

Standing in your own authority will bring a new sense of faith. Some people might not recognize or feel comfortable with these speedy changes that you are embracing.  Remember— it’s your journey, not theirs. You don’t need to explain yourself. You will find great peace and satisfaction in reading or writing. Journaling will bring you solace as well as bear witness to the new you that you are embracing— much more than someone holding you to old paradigms.

AQUARIUS:

September might start off with a bit of confusion and you might feel like your head is in the clouds. Letting go of something will bring you some luck. There are some new things coming in around your family and friends and this will make you feel content. You will also have some certainty around your livelihood but you may be tempted to go against your gut, so get clear on what it is you really want because your inner wisdom knows exactly what to commit to.

Be mindful of your health and clear out anything that is not making feel good in your diet. Joining a gym or health group on social media will aid you in this. You need to rest and rejuvenate and up your intake of “green” food. You’ll feel revived if you do. A true friend or love interest honors you and assists you in getting in touch with your own authority.

There will decisions made in September. Don’t worry yourself over them, just be thorough and extra smart. You might not realize it yet, but you are gifted with the ability to research many things and hone in on the perfect solution that will bring you peace. A fall shopping spree could bring you just the lift you’ve been looking for and soon you will need to look extra stylish at the workplace. There is a possibility of a promotion or even being relocated to another department which will please you. So say “yes” to anything you feel might be ending.

Finances will open up giving you some freedom and choices. If your home life is testing you, try speaking to a life coach, 12 advisor or a role model. There is a special message from the universe and this could help you get clear. By discussing it with the right person, you’ll gain guidance and insight which will help you attain your goal and with it, happiness.

PISCES:

Connections and conversations with family and dear friends will be a big part of September. Your spirit guides and ancestors are particularly close to you right now as well. New revelations will come in quickly and you’ll be grateful for them.

Be cautious about working too many long hours or over extending yourself. Constantly pushing yourself can wear you down and eat away at your ability to see things clearly. When you gain clear insight on the amount of strength you’ve put into something that isn’t working, you’ll feel solid and sure about letting it go.

An intimate social event promises a night under the stars with a loyal friend or lover. Don’t burden yourself with the details. Enjoy, relax and take some time to look up into the night sky and dream. And when you do, don’t dream small— dream BIG! Work with your Solar Plexus Chakra (The “I can” Chakra). Wearing and eating the color yellow will be very beneficial for you and you will beam sunshine from the inside out. The world needs more light workers and your glow will be contagious! You have an inner light guiding you on your spiritual journey and committing yourself to a spiritual practice by  being more quiet and reflective this month will be the way to stock up all the energy you’ll need for a new adventure in October.

Patience is a virtue but not one of mine!

I always say that patience is a virtue just not one of mine! Can you relate?  How many times have you thought to yourself I’ve done all my homework, I’ve meditated, I’ve been oh so very good, so why isn’t what I am working on manifesting materializing? Well it’s a bit of the old adage “Hurry up and wait!” I can hear the hands of the clock ticking ….“Tick Tock “ and the toe of my impatient shoe tapping…“tap tap tap”… we don’t live in a patient world! Summer is the season where everything is growing, budding and blooming and now that we are nearing the end of it we anticipate the harvest. It’s only natural to want the same thing to happen with your dreams and desires.  Sometimes I have to remind myself that all timing is divine timing! Nothing that truly belongs to you can ever pass you by! Spirit is always working in your favor even when it just doesn’t feel like it. Spirit always knows what is best for you and the perfect timing for it to arrive… Spirit also knows what is not for your highest good and sometimes when things don’t go just the way we think they should, it means that spirit is actually protecting us. The next time you are feeling impatient remember this is the absolute perfect timing for keeping your wings up, keeping the faith and remaining as patient as you can. You can’t plant a seed in the dirt during the morning sunrise and go back out at sunset and expect a sprig of green, because most gorgeous & glorious things take time! So you wouldn’t rip your baby seed from the earth and discard it if you wanted it to thrive, you’d nurture it, water it, protect it and love it and you would TRUST that a tiny and mighty bud will appear.
